Easy Vermicelli Carrot Salad

INGREDIENTS

Olive oil 50ml
Beans thread 100g, add it in boiled water for about 5 min.
Carrots 2x, 470g, cut them into thin strips, add them into boiling water for 30 seconds
White onion 1x, 103 g, thinly sliced in a half moon shapes
A bulb of garlic, finely chopped
Sweet red pepper 56g, fine cut into strips
Hot red chili pepper 17g, finely chopped
Radish 206g, thinly sliced in strips
Scallion 1x, thinly sliced in rings
Coriander 10g, finely chopped
Black pepper 1/2tsp
White pepper 1/2tsp
Black vinegar or balsamic vinegar 1dl
Salt 1/2tsp

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Heat up the oil in a pan, add the onion and garlic, mix until they get browned.

  2. Add the boiled carrots, bean thread, fresh peppers, radish, scallion, coriander, the spices, herbs, and the rest into the mixing bowl, mix them well with hands. ENJOY!
